This activity is follow-up action of citizens' complaint who feels disturbed because the road was being used as trading place. The vendors' existences often make the bridge that connects Jalan Tenggiri with Jalan Warakas always jammed.

According to him, his side also controlled 2 illegal building on Kali Tirem in Rw 08, Tanjung Priok Urban Village, on Tuesday (8/4). Then, as many as 40 Infrastructure and Public Facilities Handling (PPSU) officers were deployed to clean river.
